If you're willing to negotiate on price, I'd post it for what you're willing to take. It's highly unlikely you'll get a $10k offer so post your real selling price.

Sarcasm was apparently lost on you. It's not unreasonable for folks to ask for pics, but one could say it is a little unreasonable to take 6+ weeks to provide photos for a for sale ad.
