    INEOS Grenadier

Don't forget local support - Gwagen can be handled by any Merc dealer.

    INEOS Grenadier

I was going to say, Gwagen is built to a standard that is above almost anything. I think it's built to exude purposefully built construction but the reality is it's drivetrain, IMO, breaks that design principle. It has a very complicated engine/trans combo which gets in the way of me accepting...

Serious question - why distill NG to H when you can just us NG?

Where do you put the "farmer" with his deerstalker hat, welly boots, tweed pants and waxed cotton jacket that that they used in their marketing campaign :) ? Likely has a Rolex.....

In the case of the IG there is a 0 out of 10 chance.

Yeah - it looks to be IG specific per my comment above, open commercial space as of relatively recently unlike some of the other ones that are at established dealerships.

It's hard to separate emotion from practicality - I think IG is pulling on those heartstrings in a big way, IMO.

I have not seen that. It wasn't too long ago when big 1T rigs had less than 200 hp and people just knew they were going to get there slow, but they'd get there.....

I don't think it gets much better than a F250 w/7.3 or a Ram 2500 w/6.4 if you are looking for a practical 20+ year HD rig, simple with wide support and a long standing reputation. Expedition / overland means different things to different people but for most of us, including the guy with the...

It's not a fashion show, or is it? Practical simple rigs of yesteryear are cool and fashionable today.....25+ years ago Landcruisers, Gwagons and Defenders were not nearly as "cool" as they are now, they were work vehicles, people wanted Cadillacs and sports cars, now it's all about Expo...

If the product is as impressive as their website - sign me up :) It's functionally a "trailer".

IRS doesn't scare me at all, it offers handling and clearance benefits, I actually thing it's a fine idea....your point stands for load carrying capability, but IRS seems to work on military rigs like Hummers, the new JLTV, Pinzgauers (sp) and a number of other MIL spec rigs....conceptually at...

You also have the HD rear diff, 9.75" I think? People spend huge dollars and LC's and IG's not to mention all these trucks that are $75k+, I just think the Expo like you have is an excellent reasonably HD alternative that ticks a lot of boxes.

But many like SUV's - if you can appreciate a F150 as a truck I don't see why folks wouldn't appreciate a Expo as an alternative to all the SUV's folks buy....

IG 'Service' Center Location / Discussion

This got a bit buried in another thread but I thought it was relevant and good data: Partnerships with local dealerships / auto groups based on the IG website and looking up addresses: Portland - Maserati Dealership Seattle - looks to open commercial space - IG specific? Boise - Porsche...

Is A Baby FJ Type Cruiser Really Headed To N.A.?

Why? Properly executed IRS can be a good option with modern designs like on the current Defender and Ford Explorer.

Ford Expo is massively underappreciated here - F150 gets love not sure why folks sleep on the Expo.
