I have a few of these, very nice for the money. If they get ruined, lost or stolen, it's no worries. Very slippery, but the material is very comfortable.

I have some Dewalt Tough boxes that are cheap and weatherproof. Rigid also makes some. They stack and lock together. They don't have great tie down options.
