the hight of the tray is ~2" but the strap in its current configuration is not removable.

I decided I would like to sell this one as a NATO can holder. When I make the Scepter holder I will post it up if and when I do. I have to many other projects on my plate right now including putting a top on my m416 before our upcoming spring trip.

I really like how you redid the inner fenders, that gives you soooo much more space than stock. I should have done that when we made ours.

The holder I have already assembled does not, but I could make the other one fit a scepter.

I made this to go on my trailer, but after seeing how dirty the trailer gets behind the jeep I decided to keep the fuel and water cans inside, so I made a different mount for inside. $50 located in Columbia, SC

if you go get it let me know what size tires are on it. i'm guessing 215/85/16, but I would like to know for sure.
