Yes that’s what they are. Basically a little radiator with a computer fan or 2. Glycol is used in the heating circuits.
I would of liked to go with floor heating but don’t want to lose the 3/4” that it would take.
I will let you know about the scuba tank holders. Hoping to keep them in place...
Thin nut on the bottom slid into the slot. Washer and a locknut on top and shortened the eye bolt so there was not as much leverage.
I just ran the locknut up along the thread then put a fender washer on with the thin nut at the very end of the eye bolt. Slide the thin nut into the slot, hold...
Yeah don’t expect to be bombarded with photos. I think I average 1 every 6 weeks.
Ok just checked the old photos. It is a Hydra-Hot HHE-200-08E
Picked it up as part of a package deal with the diesel generator. Had .8 hours on the clock and never installed. If you are getting one check with me...
Yep already covered both of those. We will have the Oxygenics handheld as well as the “rain”. We will have low point drains on all lines. Also looking at making a version of the diversion valve to circulate hot water back to the water tank like someone posted somewhere on here.
Also looking at...
I did the remove the solenoid on #3 in an emergency on one of my vans/ambos. I had buzz tested it before and after. Definitely was a bit duller buzz after replacing it. But with the 120 we were having in Phoenix at the time I couldn’t bring myself to crawl around on the concrete pulling engine...

And as a bonus we found an ideal mural for our rig.
Yes on the Expo West. I have been to everyone. Thinking I must be pretty thick to need all that edumacation.
We will be running some DIY classes in the “DIY” area this year. Keep an eye out for them and drop by and say g’day. Look for the boxing kangaroo flag.
The next part of the evolution is underway. While the wife did the backsplash in our minute kitchen alcove I installed the thematic mixer and cleaned up the area above the sink. ( had to have it apart for the missus to do her work anyway.
But what I am really supposed to be working on is...
We ended up talking to Larry the owner of Nature’s Head and ordering directly from there. Since they all seem to be drop shipped from the factory anyway. Nice guy to talk to and interested in what we are fitting them in.
I have had to replace the turn signal switch in 2 out of 3 of our Freightliners.luckily they are relatively cheap. But it was for the wipers on the later truck not indicators.
2 Natures Head "Thunder Boxes" ordered. So they will be in use before we head to Expo West and then onto Colorado for a while. Hope they live up to their reputation and if anyone wants to check them out (weird buggers !!!!) the trucks will be at the DIY area at Expo West.
Natures Head Thunder...
Fuse 25 and it is 20 amps.
Wiring diagram in the service manual is basically useless unless you have perfect vision. I have trouble reading them even with a magnifying glass.
But go back to basics. Check fuse. Check power at the indicator switch and hazard flashers. Then work your way...
