Who ordered a New Defender ?

The $12k add on isn't only for the engine. You apparently get bigger brakes, definitely get bigger wheels, and there are other things that become standard as well that are options on the P300.

Long term Atturo Trail Blade X/T 285/60R18 120H XL review

Who ordered a New Defender ?

I thought I read somewhere that the owner can choose which side the ladder and box go on. I would be surprised if they were left/right side specific. The US website says the box "is not intended to be removed once attached," or words to that effect. Whatever that means.... I'd actually like to...

363mm disc + caliper on the P400 doesn't bode well for an 18" wheel fitment, even with a special casting. 19" is probably just barely squeezing on.... 5,000 lb+ vehicle (110) plus the kind of momentum the P400 can generate means it needs large brakes for safe stopping in panic situations...

I'd like to see it with the white roof - that's the close second to the Pangaea Green for me.

Land Rover TREK series coming back

I have to say, if the Disco 5 can do this, the new Defender should have no problem.

With I think two of the four accessory packs there is a deployable ladder on the opposite side from the side storage box. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using Tapatalk

Land Rover TREK series coming back

Excellent point - It highlights the maxim, "as fast as necessary, as slow as possible." Take this too fast and you're rubber side up; "tiptoe" through the weight transfer and you're likely going to be fine. Properly securing any load inside the vehicle is also essential as a shifting load will...

Grey wheels were only available in 20" , I wanted the smallest wheel size they offered. I would actually get the white steelies but you can't have them with the P400 engine.... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using Tapatalk

Unfortunately, first you must make the regulators happy, and then in the space that's left, the customer gets to choose what makes them the least unhappy. In things like emissions and collision safety, regulator is the gatekeeper to the consumer, and those two things are significant drivers in...

IP67 can be applied at the board level as well as the enclosure level if the enclosure is specified at the board - i.e., shrink-wrapping an individual module. Stuff we build for UAS's are fully encased in epoxy resin inside their metal enclosure, so it's not that hard to do - you just have to...

I actually like them, especially with the factory soft mud flaps. If indeed 35" tires can be accommodated after a lift, then I think the extra flares will help, especially if you add spacers. Since I went to 275/55-20's on my D5 I kick up a lot more stuff being a bit wider than the stock...
