Nice, I support a build like this for a very specific role. I too dream about having my truck setup for the sole purpose of towing a SxS for hunting travel, my problem is I never keep them long enough to realize that role lol.
I finally got a few missing pieces so that the slider install could finally be completed on the passenger side. I also made some time to get the front and rear lights wired in along with associated switches on the dash. Baja Designs LP4's on the front and Squadron Sports on the back of the cab...
Bummer, silly Canuck woes. We were just discussing a beach weekend in the coming weeks in our camper haha. That said, down here in south Texas, mid-summer, the last place you'll find me is camping (at least not locally) yet the majority of the rest of the country will be out in force, wild...
Baja Designs LP4's for the front bumper on the Defender, Squadron Sports will go on the back corners of the cab to light up the bed and the immediate area around the backside of the UTV at night when loading. I had enough "fun" with the dome light install for one day so the rears will have to...
I checked on the status of the Epoch Lithium battery in the Casita this morning when I was at my storage unit and the battery is still sitting at 299Ah without being plugged in for over a month now. It appears that it's currently doing better than its stated 3% monthly discharge rate. It'll be...
I finally got ThumperFab Elite Rock Sliders installed on the Defender. I really like how lo-pro these are, just enough to be used as a step but narrow enough so that they don't get in the way.
I took advantage of Baja Designs Black Friday promotion and ordered some LP4's on their A-Pillar mounts for the truck. I also picked up a set of LP4's for the front bumper on the Can Am and some Squadron's for the rear of the cab on the Can Am to be used to light up the bed and assist the backup...
In some states a 1-ton can cost more to register and insure as well. My '23 F-250 Tremor has a 3/4-ton rating on the door sticker but it runs the exact same suspension as the F-350 Tremor 1-ton, it's a double edged sword.
A few more adds to the Defender.
Trail Icon center stack molle panel for the Garmin Tread I plan to install. I also installed the MarqCAD Engineering short shifter with gated overlay panel in order to create the room needed for the Garmin atop the panel.
Trail Icon center console molle...
BigFoot makes a great FGRV as well but I personally prefer the layouts and footprint of the Escape over what they have to offer.
Very nice! I can't believe this hasn't sold. What are you moving to next?
Late February through mid April is fantastic out there, just be sure to miss the few weeks when it's spring break in mid March, it's an absolute $hit show out there those few weeks. I'd possibly be up for a run in the spring if schedules align and I bet we could get @Kingsize24 to join us as...
