    Motivation to review the basics!

SOAPs are referring to SOAP reports or SOAP notes. It is a record of all the information you have gathered on a patient. They are used in several ways, my wife uses one form for her PT work, for wilderness medical situations it includes the current condition of the patient, the history of what...

I just picked up the RainEx blades for the DII. Used the part number listed by RainEx to be compatible and I can not get them to fit. The Scrub Blade looks interesting!

    Motivation to review the basics!

That baffled me a bit too. Looking at the road the next morning there are no corners or curves and only a slight decent in that area, nothing out of control. I think the driver fell asleep, accelerated, the vehicle began to drift, he woke up startled and jerked the wheel hard enough to induce...

    Motivation to review the basics!

Last Friday night we were camped at Stovepipe Wells in Death Valley. We had arrived in late afternoon and all of the nearby designated remote campsites were taken and we did not have time to find a spot in the back country. So we pulled into the RV/campground area and grabbed a spot, cooked...

    Another DII Brain-Teaser!

I agree, I just purchased the OEM plastic fitting from the dealer. It is made of Polyamide #6, a special heat tolerable plastic from the sounds of it. The brass fitting is fine for a day or two when the parts shop was closed or to get you out of a jam, It's running fine even without the special...

    Another DII Brain-Teaser!

I searched at all of the autozon, napa, checker, pep type auto stores and nobody has this little plastic piece. The RAVE program officially calls this piece the "Breather Hose Adapter" = the breather hose from the Inlet Plenum/Manifold. The catch is that the adapter is about 1/4 inch in...

    Another DII Brain-Teaser!

I think I found it. On the passenger side of the engine there are two tubes that go into the throttle body, at least I think its the Throttle body. One of them is a larger diameter = 1/4 inch, rubber tube that fits onto a plastic nipple that threads into the engine. Well it cracked and broke...

    Another DII Brain-Teaser!

Hi, Ok, earlier this week we all discussed the misfire in Cylinder #6 of my 2001 DII with 102,000 miles on it. Everyone did great on that one, lots of help and great advice resulting in new wires and new plugs installed. So lets try another one!! :wings: I disconnected the battery I replaced...

DII Front Flange Bolts for the Rear Drive Shaft ?????

Hi, On my 2001 DII, I need to replace the four bolts that hold the front of the rear drive shaft to the flange located inside the parking break. One of the nuts cam off completely and I replaced it with a random nut from the hardware store that had the same thread. One other of the four bolts...

DII Spark Plugs and Wires - ???

Right on. Just out of curiosity I called Federal Mogul/Champion and they confirmed that Champion 7070 is a direct, same as, replacement for the RC11PYPB4. Unfortunately they are not widely distributed. Thanks Brian
