Those axle bearings must be wrong. They shouldn't stick out past the housing. Could you get the c clip on the shaft?

The crossmember. I just bolted the tcase skid back on. I need to get some steel to make some skid plates. I also removed the rest of the vacuum harness for the 4wd. The weather has been bad, I can't wait to get on with some projects I have planned

Super cheap and reliable. Learn to work on it, lots of info on the Internet (forums, YouTube). Junk yards are your friends
