I believe the round holes on the bottom are to access the mounting bolts for the winch. I was looking at mine to see how the winch is supposed to be installed and that's what it looked like.

I do have a set of Brute Force sliders coming in....I went with rear kickouts. That would've helped immensely on this trail, but I also wonder if it would've made it impossible to get through some spots. Would the kickouts catch on both sides in some exceptionally tight areas? No idea without...
