Corey's 2007 FJ Cruiser built for expedtion/overland, & daily driver

Its Hammer Time! 1-13-2018 First day in awhile with it being fairly nice outside, and no rain. I cleaned out my interior which needed it badly, and was organizing my cargobox a bit, and I spied the plastic tent stake hammer in there that I have been wanting to move to the rear door fold down...

Most impressive setup you have there. I have seen similar ones on Instagram that pull out to hold everything needed to prep, cook, and store all the stuff like a chuckbox would. Those gave me ideas to put my chuckbox on a Tembo Tusk fridge slide so I could prep, cook, and store the utensils in...

What are you using for a coffee maker and coffee brand when camping/overlanding?

Thanks, I will keep that in mid if I decide to pick one of those up. I really do not mind using the Aeropress though. Thanks, I should try taking a sip of the concentrate some time before adding extra H20 to the cup :D

Let's see those light setups! [Pictures]

ARB Intensity LED rounds, and the ARB Intensity LED lightbar. Also some Rigid rock lights underneath the rig. They come in handy if setting up in the dark. We did some mapping on my tablet scouting out future campsites last May, and we went up early to get up there to take in the sunrise, and...

That is how I am keeping most of my tools in my new cargobox. Adventure Tool Company bags. I even got rid of my two plastic boxes that held the SAE and metric socket sets, and have a bag for them.

    Camp stove pots

You are welcome. I am not sure if the pots with that set are the ones from the small or large sets that I both have. I had a ton of the steel GSI plates, bowls, and cups, so I got my sets without the extra stuff.

    Wrist watches for the adventure-minded?

I know many who have ditched their watches, but not this guy. Been wearing watches for 55 years. Got my first Timex Micky Mouse watch when I was around 5 I believe. Plus I feel naked without one on my wrist.

What are you using for a coffee maker and coffee brand when camping/overlanding?

I fill it up most of the way, and then when I press it down, I do not even get 8 oz. hardly. Maybe I will have to check the next time I use it to see exactly how far I am filling it up, and how much I end up with in my cup.

What are you using for a coffee maker and coffee brand when camping/overlanding?

That is my only beef too about the Aeropress, a little small. Plus I have to pour extra water in the coffee cup to get a decent sized one serving.

    Wrist watches for the adventure-minded?

Been wearing this every day since I bought it back 9-20-2013. ISOBrite T100 Super Bright 200m Dive Watch By ArmourLite Best watch I have ever owned, and it is one of the brightest gas lamp watches on the market, hence the name "Isobrite", a play on I am so bright. I was only going to wear it...

    Camp stove pots

I have the Magma Ceramic coated stuff I have been using for a few years, it is great stuff, but heavy. I recently bought the non stick GSI Pinnacle large and small sets, as they all can stack together on the large case. I had bought the large GSI set first, but even the smallest pot was too big...
