I wouldn't buy a new hub without pulling the old one and getting the measurements & spline counts - otherwise you're just making an assumption. I found this out the hard way with hub bearings and seals from a crossover list I found online. You can get new hubs or a spacer adapter for the bolt...

I'm all for "run what you brung" but do be careful - those models have a bit of a reputation for sub-par reliability and build quality (Diamler was not kind to Dodge or Jeep). Find the Achilles heels and upgrade them where you can.

I forgot to mention, since I started hauling my camp kitchen in a DOSKO, I found it fits perfectly next to the ARB when I'm not carrying my action packers.

Looks good - put/build a box on it and call it a day! It's light duty, obviously, but if you just need to haul some camping gear occasionally it should serve you just fine. You could look to dinoot for a tub/camper box or just add decking and bolt some locking storage boxes to it.

x2 with the action packers... That's my setup too. I don't have the SWAG mounting, but it looks like some good kit. I keep my fridge top clear so we can get to it (no shelves above it, etc.), and also have it on the latch side of the rear storage area in case I can't open my tailgate all the way...

Depends on the vehicle, but usually OK off-road, on-road may be OK, may cause some problems. Some vehicles have slip sensors that may think the rotational difference is wheel slip if straight line, or something. Best bet is to get a same-size spare, though.

I wouldn't sleep inside unless it was really set up to do so. The fridge motor does make some noise and does give off a little warm air. If you've got a tent then use it - could hang in a hammock with a tarp, too - especially if going solo.

plano heavy-duty footlocker style boxes and action packers make up most of my boxes, but that's just making do with what I have - If I had to plan it and purchase purposefully, I would go with some military surplus boxes and pelican cases for any sensitive items.

I have an ARB50 and you can sit on it with no problems - quite rugged.

Ball is common for road and cheap compared to lock-n-roll or max coupler, so that's why you don't see them much in on-road applications. Military/industrial use pintle/eye a lot, but this may be to reduce component complexity.
