Here's a pic of my '13 when it had the topper on there. Again, kinda sharp looking IMO. I honestly forget if I had upgraded the suspension at that time, but I'm thinking it was with just rear Firestone bags.
Here's a pic of the bottom of that rear window after taking the moulding off &...
Bummer, makes it a bit more of a challenge. Even more so if you'd like to run a RTT on top of your bed in the future.
If you find that you don't use your truck bed a lot for hauling, you could always get a topper/cap. I ran a used one from an earlier model year on my current '13 Titan. Just had...
Mine has held up really well. I use the rain fly for it if I'm expecting rain/snow, and my rain fly is the aftermarket SloSails version so it's vented. Minimal inside moisture from breathing, similar to a regular tent that's well vented.
The FP tent alone is pretty water resistant, but...
Looks like a nice setup with the RTT, plus it seems pretty spacious!
You might consider keeping the rake, as when you load up you'll settle down in the rear.
Alternatively for a simple slight lift I did:
-a 1.5" lift disk on the front. The disk itself is actually only .8" in thickness, & sets...
Looks as I have 15 1/2" clearance from the bottom of my slide-out to the bottom of the utili-trac rail.
And 18" clearance from the bed to the bottom of the utili-trac rail.
My table/bench is a re-purposed metal computer shelf they were going to discard at my previous hospital. It attaches...
On the hard cover subject, you could also always make your own. I made one for my first Titan out of 3/4" press-board. The 3/4" slides into the Utili-trac slots perfect.
I'd say to use regular ply, as the press board is very heavy. You also will need to reinforce each leave to keep the from...
The 50qts are pretty big. If you don't find yourself using the space on your trips, maybe consider downsizing? Or buy a smaller unit for your Titan?
I have a Dometic 35 in my Titan that could easily clear under about any Tonnneu I can think of, commercial or homemade.
My fridge also has a...
Yeah it looks like it & it's kinda disturbing...
Folks that RPV gas new diamond plate!
... I didn't think civilians could buy current military armor vehicles or up-armored vehicles.
Not mine etc etc..

There's also a RHD diesel Nissan Patrol up on the Portland Craigslist for around $18K.
Get a hitch that's height adjustable on the tow vehicle side. The more level the trailer, it seems the more even the surge brakes are. Probably no big deal unloaded though.
On that note, surge brake over-ride pin. In case the brakes are acting up, but then space your vehicle braking distance...
Not intending to bash on a thread, but is a max coupler better for over landing / off roading as compared to a pintle.
I ask because I bought an M101a with a pintle setup last month from a user on here. Drove Boston -> Oregon (no off-highwaying mind you..) but that setup tracked very very well...
...hmm good idea on the "skirt" in the last active post. Might be worth a try for a Flippac to get around sill puddling if/when not using a fly.
-Thanks for the bump-
Simplest & most cost effective would probably be a trailer, however anything is possible especially if your skilled like billy bee & others on here.
Camping in a campground high desert Oregon last week I saw a minivan with a pop-up. They had a brilliant setup, wish I would have taken pictures...
There was this one posted up not too long ago, which I think is pretty ingenious...fellow would have a pretty decent niche market to sell them too as well on the East Coast.

...and sorry about the upside down iPhone pics...can't fix them until I sign my lease, unpack my pod & setup...
...just took a position at Salem Hospital. Dallas is a nice place to check things out in the area for the short term. A bit too far out (for me) to live though. Great actually that I'm staying out here while checking places out...gives a much better feal for areas.
Hey there,
I'm staying short term over in Dallas Oregon, and it looks like Forest River has there manufacturing facility here.
Looks like that "R Pod" trailer would convert pretty easily to a higher suspension. Off-road capable? That I don't know, but I did a quick webby, and those...
