Really Nice tent. I have an Oz tent (the old "30 second" tent) and would like a bit more room. This clearly has it. Does it set up like the smaller Jet tent F25 (without the new annex)?

I'll keep you posted. As soon as I get everything installed heading down to Death Valley for a couple of weeks of off road play in early March. Should find some opportunities to see how it all works.

Hard to tell from photos, but is it possible to reinstall the fender flares that come on the truck?

It is largely aluminum. The only steel parts are in the frame of the slide out sections (and the wheels and bearings). These support 1000 lbs each at full extension so they needed to be pretty beefy. The other pieces are all aluminum.
