Since my buddy who use to help w/navigation on off road trips ended up buying a 96 SR I needed some updates for my Montero. Added this, (currently shown w/Tundra optional compatibility) Just waiting to give him a shot on the next trip. :wings:

Thanks for the idea Nick. Need to do the transmission fluid swap. Did the free wheel solenoids when I was replacing the transfer case lever.

How do you know it has a locker? I know how to spot them on the full size monteros, but not the sports. thansk

Late to the party, but have a solution for the trim above skid. I used a piece of expanded metal and the same screw holes to attach. I have a picture on my "New to the Montero group...) thread Found it. Painted it the same color as the, skid plate.

Is the light bar in the opening of the grill, or in front of it? Wondering if it will come in contact with the skid plate off road? Does it bounce any light off the bumper if set back? Very clean looking-J

Did you check the vacuum lines for the 4wd system?
