Started working on my supplemental cooling system project. Need to make mounts for the new trans/oil cooler fan, and clearance the front grill by about 3/4". Then on to fix the AC fan fix and relocate the horns.

@AKClay, how did it happen? Saw your earlier pic and thought "crap, that looks bad". Had an unplanned get off on a motorcycle back in November, ending up w/ a plate and 6 screws in my left Tibia. Heal up.

I'd like to think that part of his reason for posting is just to make other Montero owners feel better about their less significant issues, like a burned out AC fan. :sombrero:

Does it turn on or is it just spinning from the engine fan pushing air against it? Mine does the same thing, even though it is dead. Try sticking a stir stick (old timey- plastic straw for coffee) in it won't take much to stop it spinning
