We did ship it with the extra parabolic spring on the back, have you broken one? I would not open the radiators with the truck running. When it is hot you can feel the level of coolant in the bathroom radiator. Crack the filler cap on top and see if there is pressure.

On another note the fix around the air con looks good. I always thought that was a spot for the lithiums! I bet that wiper issue I chased for ever was in the stalk the whole time! The ring around the stove was the only option I had as well apart from changing the counter top, I really wish I had...

The best way to fill it is through the cap in the top of the bathroom radiator (the highest point in the system). One of those long thin funnels fits in there perfectly. You can bleed air from the top of the main habitat radiator at the same time. If you drive with the engine loop open the...

Solar to starting or house battery?

Generally you want your solar going to the house batteries. Any well made vehicle should be able to go a weeks without starting without issue as long as all your house loads are on the house battery. In an failed start you can always jump from the house battery.

We ditched the Garmin gps and replaced it with an In Reach (yes also Garmin). The InReach...

    Exhaust Brake

Center diff splits the power 50 50 front and rear. Keep all diffs unlocked on dry asphalt. lock the center in snow and ice, and loose surfaces, mud, gravel etc.

    Exhaust Brake

These trucks are full time 4X4, locking the central diff on snowy Icy roads changes the feel of the truck dramatically.

    Exhaust Brake

You need to hold it down with your heel as Neil says. You should also be descending in the same gear you would need to ascend the hill and use the exhaust brake all the way. Descending long steep hills using the service brakes is asking for trouble. If the exhaust brake can't hold your speed...

    Bringing a car to Germany.

I know the car you want to bring, and it would be a blast, but so would a BMW M or a Porsche either of which you could buy and resell for less than the container shipping.
