Don't even think about rebuilding the rear spring cylinders. They are killers.

Be aware the front and rear canisters are different. Only the rears have the spring.

One of your brake canisters has failed. Have someone push the brake then listen at each canister for the escaping air.

Appliances that work on a wide range of voltages are not common. You would be better with a battery charger that can accept a wide range and then have your inverter put out the constant voltage required.
