Very nice job, I was also thinking about doing a holding tank for hot water. Very nice idea and just a small needed to do the water back and forth to the exchanger and tank, I like it.

They really work great and I am very happy with mine. Just ask anyone who came up to me on a cold mt night and ask how well it works. I just put the hot air tube into their jack and warm and toasty in about 20 seconds. They walk away saying I got to get one or they want to borrow mine.
I am running a Proplex hs2000 heater when it get really cold, a couple of real good bags and that is it, I do not run it all night just in the morning to take the chill off and just before we go to bed. I have a RTT and it works very well.
Helton stays in the loop I just keep the heater valve closed when not in use I would leave the coolent lines intact and just run the hot water from the exchanger to the rear.

I also try to use the tools in the tool box whenever I do any work on the truck around home - it's a good way to find out about the key tool you may be missing.
