The RCSB Tundra has a 126.8" wheelbase... or about 10" over a JK Unlimited. They are a very BEEFY truck. Many components easily meet 3/4 and even 1 ton requirements.
I need to read up on why they rate a tire with a load range of 121 as a C. Maybe it is the pressure they carry the load at? Anyway, a 121 rating places your tire at well over 3000lbs each at max pressure. Easily a D, if not into the E range.
I would be very surprised if those showing good oil analysis with a K&N were used in conditions that could even remotely be considered dusty. I have personally seen what K&N filters do to ATV engines used in very dusty conditions. 1200 miles of inadequate filtration does a number on...
Mid 80's Toyota Trucks are probably the best of the bunch. They do have rust issues, so inspect the frame carefully. Check the fluids, look for leaks, etc. The timing chain guides on the 22R series need attention every 100 - 120k, HD guides are probably still available.
The free form is available in several beam patterns. I'll have to look and see what part numbers are what... they have a euro/driving beam. I'm not sure how much better it is over the older cut glass models, which they still sell.
