Apparently pricing is Euro 220,000. Almost at par with the US$. This means that the Revel is roughly the same pricing. Now let that sink in and realize how much you get ripped off by the RV industry in North America...
OMG, this gets me too excited! Hymer just released the most innovative a best looking van camper ever : https://der-autotester.de/hymer-venture-s-2023/
No idea about pricing yet (although it's already in production) but I bet it's cheaper than a Revel :-)
you are taking a lot of structural strength out of the camper by making the whole side slide. This can of course be compensated with a proper engineered structure ….. what’s your plan?
I have one 6.5 coming up. Although not sure if they will fit the 2022 Tundra. May want to cross check the dimensions.

All lot of people "imagine" or wish for a shower like at home. The reality is most times different as most don't have 200 litres of fresh water available and therefore need to watch the consumption when off grid. Then there is the grey water tank size.... This means, that a 6 later volume is...
Go electric. We use a 12v boiler. As long as you have power you are good. It’s quiet, insulated and 6 litres are enough for a nice long shower. Www.expeditionupfitter.com
The roof is load baering and can easily handle a A/C unit. Although, I could see running into space issues if you also like lots of Solar and skylights.
Cheers,
We used our personal Planar/Autotherm 2kw diesel heater above 10,000' many times without issues. In those cases we run it on Kerosene (petroleum in Europe). This avoids soot. The planar heaters are also super easy to install and maintain without voiding the warranty...
Hey!
In Theory you should be able to close it... Better take measurements on the actual truck. If not, all of our builders are able to "cut" down the overall length during the assembly process to fit your needs.
Cheers
with the newest batch of campers we have reduced the gap by 3”. This was initiated about 6 months ago when we reviewed everything. at this point there are roughly 80 units on the road with some people being full time . None of them mentioned anything about any issues.
I have one of the gen 1...
Here is an 8’ on a f150. Customer just mounted it yesterday. They are going full time. Final weight depends on many factors like size of water tank, amount of cabinetry etc. Empty the 8’ are just around 900lb . my personal 6.5 is coming in at 1100lb outfitted . I would guess the 8’ should be...
We like to introduce you guys to something new and innovative!
Proud to introduce to the Canadian market the Daylodge Inflatable awning.
First time we saw this new style awning we couldn't believe how much sense this piece makes!

2. Packs away in a...
Hey!
We are a fast growing company designing, supplying and building the most thermal efficient, lightest truck campers on the market.
Our builders in the west are busy full filling orders every day. We are currently looking for qualified builders (established businesses/van builders ) in...
the warping comes from the temperature differences ( inside of camper-outside temps). I can’t give away our secret sauce but you need something in the door to stiffen it up.
One of the issues ALL composite doors have is warping! Make sure you compensate for that.
We are in contact with a company in the USA designing a new one for us. The main focus will be thermal efficiency, FRP all around and zero warping. Unfortunately, we are still a long way away from...
