1000000% this. Buy a good door. It's the one thing I really hate on my truck. to the point I may get a good one and infill the hole (my door is wider than the good ones...) and that will be a big crappy project.

Also iirc the Stryker ones are the only ones that are 9.5" ish wide

My 3500 is still too large IMO. It over shoots the temp setpoint during the cool down cycle.
I always leave a maxxfan on low in winter to keep moisture down.

It's though, you likely can't get rv insurance as your not a RVIA certified builder.
I have mine insured as the truck, with a rider for a "permanently installed camper" my agent suggested I try not to use it as it would be a nightmare..... FWIW

As an internetoverlander I like my isotherm fridge, yes not quite as efficient as a chest style, but fit much better in my build. Same compressor as the ARB's
