Thanks! They do have the two I was looking at! I noticed they are listed as Demo B and I'm not sure if that means they are used or ?-mostly I want to know if thay are covered by the warranty.
The red A/T -T Case temp light popped up on my 94 DI and so I checked the fluid in the A/T-up to the second hole on the stick and nice clean reddish color then I went to check the T Case. I thought my driveway was level but when I pulled the bolt from the filler hole it came weeping out so fluid...
I got a bottle of Marvel after reading several threads that suggested it. It list that it can be added to gas or oil so I'm wondering which is a better use? I am having some blow by and the injecters could flow better so it is a toss up to me. Maybe I should do 1/2 in th tank and 1/2 in the pan...
Thanks for all the advise guys, it looks like the VXIII is on top of the list and hopefully soon on top of the 7mm! The scope on the rifle is a Bushnell Sporter 3.5-10 45 and has seen better days. The rifle is in better shape than I expected so I am chuffed about the deal.
My birthday is soon...
I'm no expert but one thing I noticed (and have to remind myself of constantly) is that the horizon is not level in several of the images. Take a few extra seconds and look at just the horizon through the lens to make sure it's level as the ground often is not and that throws off your tripod.
Sorry for the digression but it's related. I know it's called the Saudi grill because it was on Saudi trucks but why is the design different than the ROW grills? My guess is it would have something to do protecting the rad and /or air flow.
No real better year for mileage-they are all within a couple mpg and keep in mind they drink top shelf (premium). 04 DII's are prefered for the better engine and CDL, etc. In the DI range the 99's are prefered and then the 94/95's for their simplicity. RRC's are on the low end of the price range...
When you say newer 4Runner-what do you mean? The gen 4 is a great rig and doesn't have to be heavily built to be a family wheeler/DD. I've got the 4.0 V6 in mine and get about 17-18 in town and 20-22 in the highway. LR's are not know for good MPG's unless you get a diesel but that is getting up...
Boy, Trevor said it right when he mentioned there are a lot of good choices for this. I do not mean to demean anyone but I can say the I've found Pat's and Micheal's threads very helpful and informative, natural teachers. We all know that Pat does nothing but hang out by the water in tropical FL...
Thanks for the help so far, I know I need to narrow it down to help you all but that is part of the issue. The last time I hunted deer around here was about 25 years ago and I (being a typical teen at the time) wasn't paying a lot of attention to the details. The deer aren't huge as it stays...
I'm picking up the Winchester Model 70 7mm-RSM I posted about before this weekend. It currently has a Bushnell scope that is OK but not great. I'm getting a great deal on the rifle so the scope is just a happy extra and I'm thinking I would like to upgrade it. A buddy has a Leupold VX-3 on his...
PT Schram (over on Discoweb) just got a stage one and already mentioned he's having questions as they have many unique parts and might be a bigger challange than he thought. If the stage one is too much trouble I would think it would be easier and manybe less $$ to get a good SIII and drop in a...
Wow from step 1 to step...10 or 11(?) in one shot-nice work!
Get out in wilds and enjoy the new freedom-before it gets too hot and buggy! Looking forward to seeing you on the trail soon.
