I'm with dwh. Buy a new Fuse Panel at your local Parts Store like the ones in dwh's pics and your problem will be solved.

Craig I don"t know we bought it used from a vender at the Cascade Flea Market here in Idaho for a 100 bucks.
I will look and see if I can find a Mfg. on it. It sure makes it nice on a Hot Summers Day.

I was able to get the Outdoor Shop Extension all anchored down today
One or Two more lights and it is ready for work
finished drilling the rest of the frame today now it's on to disassembly & wire brushing.
Just curious,
I've always run pos. & neg. to the battery for all my accessory Fuse Panels same for radios C.B. or Ham.
I just don't trust the frame as a ground path.
Craig have you recently painted the trailer? If so try putting an external star washer between the frame connection and the cable end. It will bite through the paint to metal.

Hey Everybody, I have'nt had much time to work on the trailer lately. But my Brother & I set up the 10'x20' carport on the front of the garage yesterday just in time for the rain. We call it our outdoor shop extension.
Well at least the rain brought some nice treats

Weather & Time finally permitted some work on the trailer.
6 more holes and the frame is done
Next on to the tongue section.
I could'nt decide if the a-frame should be out at the side rails
or in closer to the center
but after this addition I'll go with the outside rails
