    You have to fuse at the bar with two input cables . You could fuse at the battery with one cable feeding the bar the same capacity as the cables going from the bar.

    If you can add extra tankage it is worth it. We carry 24 hrs of fuel, 450 liters, 2000 km range. The added bonus of such large range is we can select the cheapest fuel. Not an option for smaller vehicles.

    There is one piece of angle attached to the roof with 3m 5200. A second piece of angle is then bolted to the panel and first piece of angle.

    We glued down pieces of aluminium angle using 5200. Taking care to completely clean the two bonding surfaces. the panels are then bolted to the angle. No mechanical fasteners no issues.

    You can get tank baffle balls that slow the water surge. I would stay away from flexible bladders because of abrasion failure.

    you won't need it unless you want to run air. In 5 years from Alaska to Ushuaia our solar was good 95% of the time, you have triple our solar and 5 times our usable amp hours with similar power draw.
