Sounds like a lot of fun. Is this a certification class you went to for work?
I've been trying to get into the local college's welding program for a few semesters now, they give registration priority to existing students and its always full by the time my slot is up.
waytek wire and del city are the best sources I've found. Del City doesn't have minimum order qty's for most of their products, waytek does, but usually has better pricing.
It think its for packaging, the inline glass fuses are slimmer. I like the weatherpack style blade fuse holder personally, they are nicely weather sealed.

This one is set up for fused 5 relay circuits, they have other options
If you want something more sealed, maybe cehck out the Bussman fuse blocks, like this:

They also have versions that are set up for fused relay circuits.

About half way down:
Sounds like since you've got fairly small tires, the bulge of the tire is too close to the control arm. Do you normally run a larger size? I cant imagine you needed the 1.5" lift to clear the 235/75's
Maybe...
I know its an old thread, but I just had to post my new project truck that I dragged home saturday:
Its a '62 Scout 80, farily stock as far as I can tell.
Short term plan is to try and get her driving as is.
Long term will involve replacing the drivetrain with something more suited to long...
I'ce looked into the same thing, my Waytek wire catalog has 2 potential receptacles that look like they may work, although I haven't tried either. Look up Waytek p/n 38543 or 38597.
I'm trying to do the same thing on my Droid incredible. I've used google's 'my tracks' app to record gps tracks of new trails I've explored, but unless you're in cell service area it doesn't have any map data. I am planning to try out 'gaia gps' which let's you download map area ahead of time. I...
I really like my 33x10.5R15 BFG All Terrains, and will likely stay with the same or possibly the KM2 for the next set. I do agree that the size is becoming harder to find, as far as I know the options right now are the BFG AT and KM2, and the Toyo Open Country.
Ah, didn't realize you werent using a pressure switch. I have that same pressure switch wired into my onboard MasfterFlow MV-50 setup, and it works perfrectly. I don't have a tank either, just a quick disconnect at the compressor for a regular air line. When I turn on the compressor it runs up...
Is the hose coming off of a barbed fitting? Or is the hose actually bursting/splitting?
Not sure how far this connection is from the compressor, but I've noticed the hose right at the sompressor output gets extremely hot, to the point I'm thinking of having the first few feet of hose be copper...
Is it for a 60 or 80 series LC?
Mind measuring the overall width of the bumper? A birdie once told me the 80 series LC bumpers can be modified to fit T100's ...
I've been beating on a stealth hoodie for 3 years now, and its still my go to jacket. The best windstopper fabric I've come across by far. Their gear isn't cheap, but it holds up.
