I'm getting pretty good at this stand up thing. I mean I'm not good overall... but I can stand up. Truck will hit 100k miles in the next few weeks. Gotta do some of the normal stuff like oil change but some bigger stuff like plugs and coolant are on the docket. I also need to change the front...

Kawasaki KLR 650s is the bike im looking at. but I know in general adventure bikes are not friendly to short folks.

Morimoto makes a good light; looks like its their entry into the LP6/LP9 style light. I would think any claims of them being the best is merely conjecture without some testing. Don't get me wrong, I have Morimoto headlights and I like them, but I would never claim they're the best.

They make the KLR650S for us short kings! I rode a KLR 650 once and that was enough for me, and that was on the street, so I can only imagine it on the sand.

I'm really bad at this stand up jet ski thing (as long as I edit out all the parts of me doing good at it).

I wouldn't be shocked; It did nothing well. It was not a good stand up, and was awkward as a sit down. I would be kind of curious how it was in the "kart seat" setup, but yeah back then it was going up against the SXI 750 PRO/SXR 800 and the Round Nose Super Jet so it makes sense it kind went...

Also crazy how much the styling looks like the XP DI, which is one of my favorites of all time. I'm incredibly fond of the mid 90s SeaDoos and the early 00s Yamahas as that was the era my family owned them/bought from those years. but even at like 13 or 14 I knew I liked this one a lot. I'd...

Those early 4-tec engines are SHOCKINGLY stout. I think because they were competing with Honda and Polaris on top of Kawasaki and Yamaha, they upped their game for the early generation 4 strokes. I mean some people talked about 4 strokes in watercraft like some people talk about EVs these days!

Stand ups are like boats... its cool to have one, even better to have a friend who has one! I really like that era of RXP.

    Dust covers

This is the answer right here. Most marine canvas places will do just about anything if you bring them a place or the item itself and most importantly if you're willing to PAY. custom aint cheap.

The newer ones, especially the SuperJet are monumentally easier to ride than the older 2 strokes. I'm sure you could get back on one if you had the chance. The old ones you had to be on power to not fall over so you had to go all in, something that didn't always jive with natural instincts.

    2023 Ford Raptor- Continuation

I have had VisionX 4.5 LEDs on my A-Pillar mounts for about 8 years now; the lights still work great and the swappable covers are a nice feature. They started just barely corroding after about 6 year, with almost no garage time and I cleaned it up last summer and they're still holding fine. I...
