    The Ute II: E350 RB 7.3 ZF6

Haha! True. Broken fingy, a minor scalping, and a wire wheel on an angle grinder ate and then mummified itself with my t shirt.

Yeah I line it all out on a table. It's just the match drill wander into the backing that kills it. So annoying

Haha, yeah I'll do a video once everything is together. Grinding to get it buttoned up for Baja next week. This skirt is kicking my *** though. Too many rivets to center punch and it's driving me nuts. All I see are the ones out of line! WTH :costumed-smiley-007

    AIR BAG Code 34 in 95 E 350 ?

The plug under the seat on a 95 is for the seatbelt light (no srs that I know of). Is that light on? If not forget about it. Your flashing code 34 is for low resistance in the airbag circuit. You can fish for it but it sounds like pulling the bulb might be your preferred solution.

    AIR BAG Code 34 in 95 E 350 ?

I use a piece of electrical tape over the light on the cluster. (i.e still need to pull it too...)

Oh ********!!! Mistakes you have made

Too many to list but... If your van feels a little loose in the rear it may not be that awesome torque you think you have, may be a flat in the works, that may lead to a pinched tire, and ultimately this:

My butt starts to twitch around 260mi. Hate that! Plan A is to install the big tank aft of the rear axle this winter.

Makes me smile. I ran out of fuel once in the van, oem ford gauge still read at 1/4 tank, awful experience. I'm curious what the true mileage/capacity is, but too chicken turd to flirt with 1/4 tank again!

Haha, yes. That and it's a viewing platform. It's designed around a 1500 lbf point load at the end of the platform. I'll keep it under 500.

VANdiana Jones sequel: The Legacy Continues

Probably a typo but worth the safety check. I'm sure you meant that the batteries are in "parrallel". 24v would be trouble.

    Slow build- the vanagon replacement

Is the fridge gas/electric? Just FYI, if gas you will want to vent it to outside.
