    I’ve got a Mac500 Air compressor to plug into my inverter. That way I never have had to use my spare. I carry one, but don’t have to worry about it being a PITA to access.

    Spray foam or rigid foam glued (silicon or PL) to the ceiling should eliminate any flexibility. Add something rigid to the bottom of the foam to take it to an even more rigid level.

    Go to a/the source. I remembered the name... https://www.auveco.com/weatherstrips-1 I did spot the dealer I was going to order from yet. They were in Washington or Oregon. If you can find a local wholesaler that’d be your best bet.

    My stock 225 duallies are about 1” apart, The 245 tires that came on it had a worn strip around the sidewall from rubbing each other, Properly inflated they cleared... but they still rubbed while driving. To run wider tires would need either different rims or spacers

    I’d question if your glow plugs are working properly. That said diesels like to be driven so time may also help
