You’re just need an industrial piano hinge at the front, some 1500 lb gas struts to lift the rear, and a bit of canvas for sides. ;)

I’ve got a Mac500 Air compressor to plug into my inverter. That way I never have had to use my spare. I carry one, but don’t have to worry about it being a PITA to access.
Spray foam or rigid foam glued (silicon or PL) to the ceiling should eliminate any flexibility. Add something rigid to the bottom of the foam to take it to an even more rigid level.

I did spot the dealer I was going to order from yet. They were in Washington or Oregon. If you can find a local wholesaler that’d be your best bet.
A quick trip to the jobber and I easily replaced the dead starter relay/solenoid. They’re easy to get and likely in stock at every auto parts store for 15-20$

In my case the Glow plug relay GPR was cracked down the side and the copper disc was burnt and charred. None of the arc marks looked fresh... it appeared it hadn’t functioned in a long time.

My stock 225 duallies are about 1” apart, The 245 tires that came on it had a worn strip around the sidewall from rubbing each other, Properly inflated they cleared... but they still rubbed while driving. To run wider tires would need either different rims or spacers
