Ok, the secondary chain drive needed more triangulation: Brought out the ole stick welder to tack it: And welded it:

First i finished the intermediate shaft today: Then i bored out the tubing : Turned down the sprocket: Looks good: Welded together:

Welded a piece of tubing to the drive axle: Turned the bearing diameter: Finished: And ground and used a radius tool bit:

Welded the sprocket flange first today: Then i started modifying the drive axle. Funny that i got all those machines and have to use the hack saw: Turned it down: Bored out the new sprocket: Turned a stub shaft: And welded it:

So, i`m finally back working on the motodog. Now i need to fix some designing errors that i made. The first is to fabricate a new intermediate shaft, the one that sheared and second is to triangulate the secondary drive. Should be done pretty fast and then i can finish the track. Just need some...
