Mounted a hitch and a shackle to fit future trailers:

I`m absolutely lucky, all wires are long enough. After two hours the wiring doesnt lokk that bad anymore, does it?

Started with the track tensioners today by drilling some flat:

Tacked in:
Put the exhaust back on the engine. Broke the second one off when i was trying to get it off the collector Ordered two harley ones...
Then i started with the upper...

The chain drive didn`t work out like i thought it would, so i had to remove the sprocket flange:
Then i reused a sprocket i had laying around from the Hägglund:
Then i changed the rear axle mount for the brake caliper:
MAde a mount...

Started building the drive axle today. First i turned it down ...

Turned it to the final dimensions...

Started building the flange for the chain sprocket:
Then i milled out a disc:
Finished:
Put it on the lathe:

Then i started with the front axle by welding the fixed frive sprocket on it:
And turned it down:
Dialed in the tailstock:

have been forced to post this project on Expo too, so here it is:

The difference is that my version will have a lot more power and i`m planning on going up to 50mph.
Tracks will be build similar to my Mini Hägglund, power will be delivered by a 24...

Well, unfortunately this road was closed so i`m not allowed to go up there with a motorized vehicle any more...
But i`m going to start a side project that helps me get up there in the snow soon... :smiley_drive:
No i don`t, i just wan`t to get it running. I can think about that when i built the next one. But, it`s not as heavy as it looks and i doubt it`ll see much snow...
