No, i`m not lazy, just improving the shop. Got the new, bigger motor and vfd for the lathe installed:
Also started on the motor and backgear shaft for the shaper:

Started mounting the hydraulic pump today. Had to mount the new pulley first:
Welded it in:
Dialed in the cone:
And turned it in the new one:
Finished:
Got most of the hydraulics today. The hoses:
Pump, filter and valve:
Tried the hoses:
They fit almost perfect...
Made a longer lever for it:
Turned the lever around 90° so it does left/right instead of back/forward:
Made a mount for it:
This is going to be new...
Made a forward/off/reverse switch:
Installed digital readouts:
Ground the chuck:
And build a dividing head:
Now back to the Hägglund:
Started planning the hydraulics today:
Then i installed the pedals:
I`ve been busy working on the lathe, so it`s a bit slow here...

The auto feed didn`t work, but i found the problem soon. Adjusted it and everything works like it`s supposed to:

Cleaned everything, changed the oil and lubed everything:

Started over with the pump mount today. Pressed the bearing out of a pulley:
Turned a shaft for it:

Then i faced it because of the welding warpage:
