ATTN: Titan, Frontier, & Xterra Owners.

I had the same experience as Carl this morning. Was told it would take 2 hours and done in 1 hour with 30 minutes of that waiting for the service rep to finish the paperwork.

To be fair the synthetic rope adds $50.

Thanks for the heads up. I checked both our Titans and one is on the recall list and one isn't. I'll get the 2010 scheduled ASAP.

    2015 Titan Pro 4X Build

Nice looking truck and nice to see someone from "the old country." I grew up in Grangeville and went to the U of I before moving to Spirit Lake. I actually fly in to Lewiston next month to visit my Dad who still lives in Grangeville.

Totalled my 95fzj80... Looking for unbiased opinions of value to settle claim

CHUBB is a great company. I had a $850 tow bill on my LMTV and they covered 100% with nothing on my part other than paying for it up front. Unfortunately they've decided to stop insuring prior military vehicles. Luckily I'm grandfathered in as long as I maintain my policy.

Thanks! Looks like a good resource.

    2015 Titan Pro 4X Build

Do you have a web address? Nisstec.com is a dead page, Nistec.com is a EMS provider so neither of them help. Sites for Xterras and Frontiers don't really help as they're a different platform than the Titan.

Unfortunately that link takes you to a site trying to sell you the .com name.

I'd rather they left the skeleton.

The wife's truck is a 2010 white LE. She won't let me modify it though so I have to spend all the money on mine.

    2015 Titan Pro 4X Build

So the planning stages of my truck build are underway. How long the planning stage lasts and the actual build begins depends on a couple of factors (one of which is if I can sell my expo trailer project. What I'm starting with is a 2015 Nissan Titan Pro 4X with about 34,000 miles. The...

    Wilco Hitchgate Spare Tire Carrier

I stopped by 4WheelParts in San Antonio this morning. They didn't have one in stock either but said they've installed about a dozen of them and haven't had any complaints. He said it's an extremely solid install and if you were going to get any wobble or noise it'd be from the swing out itself...

    Wilco Hitchgate Spare Tire Carrier

That's certainly a less expensive option but looks like more work to open the hatch or tailgate versus the swing out style of the Wilco. Plus you have mounting options for Hi Lift, fuel cans, etc on the Wilco. There appears to be a dealer in San Antonio so I might swing by there tomorrow and...

    Wilco Hitchgate Spare Tire Carrier

Has anyone used one of these? Having limited aftermarket options on the Nissan Titan I haven't been able to find a rear bumper with integrated spare tire carrier. I came across this while just searching for aftermarket parts in general and was curious how stable it was. Having a single point...

    Shower/privacy/potty tent solutions?

Thanks Kevin! Was just discussing getting one last night with the wife. We're headed back to Big Bend NP in Oct and a couple of the ladies said there WOULD be a privacy potty area or we'd be staying at the Lodge and not the primitive camp sites.

Trucky McTruckface - Overland Adventure Truck

KE7JFF If you get the chance try and drive one before you buy it. Check Steel Soldiers to see if there's someone (I'm sure there is) in the Portland area that'd give you a quick tour and test drive. Make sure to take it on some road hills to see how it handles. I can drive 55mph comfortably...
