Damn I'm looking at the full sized ones and you're not lying. I just wanted something bigger than the CVT awning I have right now, and the fact that it covers the tailgate/backside a bit is bonus.

Sorry I'm not one of the cool kids. Plus its easier to convince people to come along when you offer them a simulacrum of overlanding but the end of the day ends up back at a hotel or building... and thats good enough for me right now.
I also ordered the OVS 270 LT awning (the smaller one) and while I haven't yet received mine yet, the demo model I saw at ORW in San Diego looks mint. The material quality seems very high end.
I kind of thought about the same thing from my days a diver. Sure the air for those are a bit more specific, but the hassle remains the same. Thankfully I'm in an area that has a lot of options.
You're preaching to the choir my man! like I said i have access to nitrogen although I understand co2 would be the most efficient. Prices seem to be pretty cheap; I have a buddy who is a fire marshal and said CO2 rates are stupid cheap nearby. I'll keep an eye out for any issues with the lines...
