Depending on the conditions of the road I usually do 35 - 45, you also have to take into account the condition of the vehicle and the suspension you have also. Sounds like you guys took it nice and easy. Smart. Looks like a fun machine you have there.

LOL, that's $200.00 US dollars towards a set of 275/65-18 Maxxis Bighorns, plus those alloys are hideous but it's whatever floats your boat! That's just my opinion though. :beer...

I normally run 45 and will air down to 15- 20 psi. with no problem. Where you able to find some tires?

FK, Thanks for the compliment. As far as the 18's go they are 275/65-18 and they are made by Maxxis, I found them on ebay for a great price and 2 years later I will have to say that these tires have been more than I could have asked for and still going strong, weathered now but still...

I use NATO case and they don't breath, I am reminded of this everytime I open them... with a 10 ft stick. My tent is on the rear section of the SD and the 6 NATO cans line the front. The cans are heavy but I am young and don't mind the excercise.
