Great post.
I look at it like this: There are a myriad of companies making nice stuff. I like to buy once and be done. EVERY bit of Snow Peak gear I have works as advertised and looks nice to boot. Back that up with outstanding customer service (they have always taken care of me) and I'm more...
Bump for a killer deal. At OVX I put on a mixer for Snow Peak and we made Tempura Vegatables for a couple hundred people on one of these. Awesome burner!
x2, big fan of the Otis gear. Along with good scraping tools I value a quality solvent as well as a can of carb cleaner (gasp!) for hosing out the gas tube. And Frog lube is GTG.
I'm actually moving away from all things PC and into the Mac camp. Every PC I've owned has slowly slid into the oblivion of virus/slow/crash/etc/etc. My experience with Apple products has been very impressive. I may feel different once I get a little deeper down the rabbit hole of image...
The newer (gen 2 and 3) Pmags are better, I'd call in that warranty on the bad mag. IMHO, Pmags are FAR superior to USGI, and Thermelts are junk. No experience with Lancer. YMMV.
I love you guys and your gear. But you guys need to sell TAD gear at these events. Nothing more frustrating to a potential TADict than seeing it and not being able to buy any. Lame plan, hope you guys rethink this!
