Almost sure I am gonna get the limited slip.
I am concerned about how it will work in reverse in 4 low but looking at the shop manual I think I can rig the truck to disengage the front hubs with a switch.
So I still need to decide and still can’t make up my mind
put a set of raptor takeoff wheels on the truck so I need to regear
I got 4.11 gears on the way should behere next week.
Leaning heavy toward the Torsen but still not quite sure.
I want the extra traction for moving trailers...
I have an f150 and the headlights are awful.
I got some led bulbs to put Inthem but am wondering if a light bar on the bumper is worth having.
are the cheap $50 ones any good? They have a lot of good reviews on Amazon.
They were not perfect but I would buy another set for $550 when my kids mess these up.
the ones I got were a mix of leather and Vinyl or whatever it is they use. Mostly vinyl.
What I like about a using the hi lift or a come along is that it will work without power and has no Chinese electrical parts to fail.
But the problem is the space it takes up. I need to figure out a good way to store it.
I like the idea of the winch behind the bumper because it doesn’t take...
Those winches are really slick and I would like to have one but it is at the bottom of my priority list for the build. I want to get a camper and lower gears firstI rigged up my jack to walk up a chain and got a snatch block and recovery rope and it can generate a lot of pull.
I had a winch on...
I would like to build a small removable galley with a sink and a single burner stove against one side.
I am Just concerned about Having enough height.
I was looking at the wedge campers but I like how inconspicuous this thing is and that it would let my truck still fit in my garage.
I have almost the same truck as you.
how does the back door work? does it just roll down like shown or is there a smaller panel you can climb through?
do you think there is enough height to set up a stove and make A pot of coffeee in it?
