Let me try again:)
It's 10F and you're driving the road with engine drawing power from the battery. How does the battery get charged if the battery heater is turned off?
Lithium is a much better battery......if it is kept warm but not hot.
I have 4yo lead (suppose to be 800Ah but it never was) acid that cost $1,200CDN. It's been used in temps down to -21C/-7F. Warm air from the furnace keep bank above -12C /10F.
Lead acid is really heavy and charge times...
We don't have much salt on the road here. When off road most of the time there's gravel on the roads. Also bang snow mud off my boots.
Our car has vinyl. We use a vacuum and wipe it down to clean the dirt off.
The shop vac has to be used on the carpet in the truck.
Both vinyl and carpet...
The hydronic loop(s) shouldn't be under the tank or batteries......but.... it's a doen't hurt to have a warming loop that can be controlled with single 1/4 turn valve.

For the number of times this may happen with a set of jumper cables you can jump from the 12V Lithium to one of the 12V (24V bank) batteries at a time. To speed things up 2 set of jumper cable can be used.
The 24V lead acid will self regulate.
We used Carter fuel pumps plumbed in parallel (ball valve on each side) to prime filters and fill day tanks. They move allot of fuel (8psi) and take allot of (water/sluge) abuse. The 3 nuts come off and the steel vanes/impeller can be serviced.
