Ha ha thanks. I learned a ton with the dog and really had a "camper" vision for it but my family needed more of a daily driver van at the moment so off it went. I got a new van that's been amazing in it's stock form but it needs 4wd still. As much as I loved the V10 the v8 gas mileage has me...
4.30s instead of 3.73s is a freaking dream come true! And the fact that they screwed it up so they have to help you out is a win win in my book. Can't wait to see how this unfolds...

Just incase hyperdrive doesn't see your question - his rear tank is the only tank he has and unless he put the axle in after I saw it then no it's just the stock e350 axle with spacers.

This is awesome! I'm thoroughly enjoying the writing along with the build. I remember the first time I drove an escape (a friend's) I loved how it handled and how easy it was to see out of. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do to the suspension.
Yep you will need to reroute it. Easiest and smoothest is just to have the drivers side go under the tranny and then back and connect just in front of the joint to the rear. There's really no wrong way to do it but there is definitely improvements to be made when doing it for the flow.
