It should be, I was there 3 weekends ago when the Wrightwood fire was going on and the trail was open. I did the trail on a Sunday, saw lots of people on Cleghorn. The fire was far away from Cleghorn so there was no reason to close it. I went all the way to Silverwood Lake.
