You can get a "USB Video Capture" device and connect a wide-angle (110 to 170 degrees) backup camera via composite or S-Video. You could use a USB webcam but you'll probably have to turn off "auto-flicker" if you use it outdoors. Otherwise the sunlight will wash out the image.
