    Sceptre water cans or similar

Yes I did! They came yesterday (water jerry cans). They are tougher than I thought too. If this is any indication of how the fuel cans are, I just may have to order some fuel jerry cans!

    Objectivity, Please.

I totally agree with this post. I have a 94 rangie and I love it. The 4.2 has plenty of power to push the 285/75R16's up a hill at 65mph in 3rd gear at 3200 rpms fully loaded with the family. It has plenty of power to cruise at 75mph at 2200 rpms on the freeway. The one thing I do like about...

    The TP thread...

No worries, did not view it as a rant. But you are absolutely correct about everything you stated. We are heading out on a 6 day trip and I wanted to be as environmentally friendly as possible just in case, planning for the worst so to speak. So this Dr. Bronner's stuff... will my wife like...

    The TP thread...

Come on, seriously... $4.25 for two rolls of biodegradable TP? Someone please tell me the best place to get biodegradable TP. I usually follow the "pack it in, pack it out" philosophy but sometimes you find yourself in situations where that is not always possible so I would like to be...

    Roof racks and loading...

With a family the size of 6 (Suzi & I with 4 kids...:sombrero: ) I usually have to put stuff on the roof. But I limit that type of travel to paved and fireroads. If I am traveling offroad, it is usually only my wife, daughter & I or the boys & I. Because of this, I am saving up for an offroad...

    Sceptre water cans or similar

LOL... yeah, Yorker is right. But you can still get the non-CARB fuel cans here in the Republik of California. You just have to find a place that will sell them to you for vehicle restoration purposes. I can't remember where I got mine but will post as soon as I do. I think the CARB cans...
