Yep, 2001 and later ones had all that plastic nosing. The 2000 was the only year they produced a Crewcab w/o it. That's what I have. Lots of guys kinda moaned when Nissan did that due to the fact that they had to cut plastic to fit some sort of armor up front.

The other day I saw a black TRD with an ARB. The front marker lights which are normally just "on" had been modified to be turn signals and were LED's. Very slick. Anyone know of this modification or are the newer ARB's coming that way?

I'd say mod 1. I've been rather cautious about putting a gas can on the outside of a vehicle. Especially on the rear of one. Nice design either way. Curious...is there a reason you put the trailer hitch under the bumper instead of cutting a hole in the middle of it?

Sounds like you've done quite a bit of work on your rig. I agree 100% with the roof rack. I had lights on top of mine, on top of the stock roof rack. When that came off not only did the mpg and power go up but the noise level came down. Sounds like you're heading in the right direction...
