235x75x16" and 285x75x16" size tires are probably easier to find than some exotic 20" low profile tires when in rural areas.

A leveling kit may just be spacers "hocky pucks" under the front coils.
Some vehicles have the nose down rake so that when loaded the vehicle sits level.
Bring a highlift jack and a shovel and use common sense.
I would say sand would be your biggest problem speaking from experience.
Try to stay on graded roads and you should be fine.
