    Haggis' Multi-Use Tundra Build

That's very nice but I don't understand how a pair of gloves secured to the grille will help the Tundra run better or enhace the appearance. You Tundrabirds are a very ecclectic lot... ;) I'm beginning to question Smarmish leadership. :coffeedrink:

    2011 Tac Ideas

X2 on the PC. In fact I recommend matte finish "crinckle coat" type black. The fine, rough texture provides some grippy texture to climb on, masks deformities caused by rocks, and can be easily touched up with a variety of matte black spray-on paint. I'm VERY glad to have it - makes touch up...

Nope. I'm eating lunch at my desk while I man my T/O weapon (Dell Inspiron). Just teasing... they would probably use sched-40 PVC on yours. Did you pay homage to my Tacoma? Still waiting on the flippin' shocks from ICON that were supposed to be here 2 flippin' weeks ago. I'm annoyed; have a...

Me neither. Cam went to Earl's Hardware this morning to pick up some more galvanized steel pipe and some threaded fittings from the plumbing section.

    Shower Shelter Showdown

Ahh, very good point about some of these portable privvy's. If you are large of girth and conspicuously tall you might be challenged. But Dave, we're about the same size so I don't think you'll be too big for the shelter. Besides, it's more space than in a field shower unit or a stall in...

    Shower Shelter Showdown

I have the Outback. Doesn't take up much space, lightweight, easy to set up, takes practice packing it up. I'm happy with it.

    Doc's 05 Tacoma Build Thread

You big tease! Do you mind if I announce that your had the truck and FT painted at the Camp Pendleton Maintenance Battalion Motor Pool in a nice desert flat tan or do you want me to hold off on that? I really think it looks motivating... get some!

    Expedition build platform

Do ANY of the modifications ever help us to recoup the cost of the vehicle? "Investment" is probably the least of anyones goals when building up their vehicles...

That's the ticket. You already have the "Safety Snorkel," too. More convenience and safety enhancements are on the build ticket for the future. Kind of like my "Safety SAC."

    Front and rear diff fluids

AMSOIL severe gear. Except for gear break-in; any standard inexpensive gear oil is fine since you'll be swapping it out after a short mileage interval, and it will likely have a lot of particulate matter.
