I'm sure that salt took a toll. It's a shame that our governemnt so often trashes vehicles with abandon. If this were maintained it would not be rusted out and broken down at 50k miles.

Second on the height not being a big deal. Of course it's nice to have headroom, but it's real easy to just slouch or tilt your head forward a bit when walking or standing inside. I'm 6'1" and don't mind the 5'10" headroom in my ambulance. My wife is 5'3" and has zero complaints ?
