Eh manuals are not that important. Autos have been used for 60 plus years. They’re well proven now. Straight axles are not automatically better off-road. Diesel will never happen hear. Electrics are no unreliable and it’s here to stay and I’d blame the gov with crazy pollution laws for that.

There are no examples Of the exact same model ford or Chevy with a million miles. The only firsts I’ve seen have been diesels. Not gas.

It’s only done every 90000 it’s not a routine thing. mine was done at 170 and the belt was in good shape.

More expensive to keep?

Just bought a 2010 469 with 120 on it. It’s an amazing truck. They are cheaper than 4runners. I now have a 14 tundra 10 gx 86 cruiser.
