    Gmrs installed when not in use there is not much to see. Or even in use all you see is the hand held, it has the display and speaker on the hand held so there was no need to have it exposed.

    I was thinking about trying to figure out how to make use of the OnStar antenna mount but if the treads are the same on the larger GMRS antennas then it would be a easy swap but do you know what the coax running to the onstar antenna looks like?

    Ran about 70 miles on gravel this afternoon just to see if i could make it from the largest town aroun to a nice river. Found some nice camping spots and did a few pretty deep water crossing on the north fork of little black river.
