you have air in the system.
keep bleeding, or pressure bleed. . its nearly impossible in some cases to get air out. keep pushing fluid through it.
check for wet areas around brake lines ... air intrusion.
use a quart of fluid is not uncommon. on a relatively small system.

yea its not sterile but its very very effective for that.

wrong bushings plainly. they are dimensionally incorrect
sanding is an option, cutting a better option. best option (in my opinion) is MB bushings.
poly bushings have never met or exceeded my expectations in any application i have tried to use them

between trips to parts house for turning and other odd errands this took most of the day.
bought reman dual pot front calipers today too. so tomorrow...
