I started building a shell off of an aluminum frame shell to fit my bed I have the frame work all done I just have to find something to put on it for a skin. First I was gonna go with .040 aluminum sheets and will probably go that way when I get the dough to spend on the shell until then I...
just wondering what kind of driving you do and if you broke that trailer spindle yet???? I was going to build one using a spindle but heard bad things and just wondering how yours has worked out?
Thanks
getting back to you on removing the head liner, I dont know about your rig but in my F150 the only screws I had to worry about whereholding the sun visors on, interior light, and the coat hooks. I think that was it I just removed the plastic for the A piller and the rear of the cab and the...
I just picked up a older snug top for my '82 toyota longbed pickup it came off of a 91 it has that rubber boot that seals against the cab. I figure I will fiber glass the front closed and put a window in it. I plan on building a rack to go on top, and I also need to bob my bed 12" to fit the...
I test drove the van yesterday and it did impress me on how the 351 pulled. It is power windows, locks, it has tilt and cruse, new 10 ply at's I just wish I had 1200. bucks:drool:

Home brew mounted directly through the roof of my old F150, never leaked or squeaked, held four forward lights , two rear and one on each side for night wheeling, held tire(s) and kept the bed free. It was a great conversation piece too. Made out of 1.25 steel tubing didn't have a bender so I...
